KATOKO (Katoko design Oy, Y-2308534-2) sells products to person of legal age and to companys in the EU.
Ordering
The
customer places an order by collecting the selected products in the
shopping cart. Once you have selected the products you want, you can
continue your order by going to the shopping cart from the store's
top menu and then to the checkout.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation and a new notification in your email when your order has been packed. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please first check your spam folder and send us an email, so we can check that your order has been registered. It might be that you just typed your email address wrong.
The price of the ordered product is the price displayed on the KATOKO-shop page at the time of ordering. Prices include VAT at 25.5% or 14%.
Delivery methods and prices
Packaging
and delivery costs are added to the total price of the products. The
amount of delivery costs is determined by the delivery method. For
orders over €100.00, we offer free domestic delivery (does not
apply to large shipments or home delivery). If the value of the order
remains below EUR 100.00 after the return, we will charge the
delivery costs according to the original delivery method. The free
shipping limit for shipments delivered abroad is €200.00.

Delivery time
We always deliver orders as quickly as possible. Most deliveries are sent within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Katoko is not responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the carrier. The online store shows the number of available products and we strive to always keep stock balances up to date. However, if the product you ordered has run out, we will inform you as soon as possible. For pre-order products or arriving products, the delivery time of the product is indicated separately.
Payment
We use Klarna Checkout in our online store. It is easy and safe to use. You can choose an invoice with a 30-day free payment period, a credit card or one of the Finnish online banks as the payment method. The payment intermediary is Klarna Checkout, which may appear on your account statement as the payee.
The options available to you are Klarna invoice, Klarna account, card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or online bank payments (OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Aktia, S-bank).

Barrier, limitation of liability
The seller's responsibility is limited to canceling the transaction and possibly returning the money paid in advance in situations where the delivery of the product has been prevented due to poor availability of the product, cessation of production or import restrictions. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by faulty condition of the products or delayed delivery. The seller is obliged to immediately inform the customer of the force majeure and the termination of the force majeure.
Return
or exchange
Products ordered to Finland from the online store have one 14-day free exchange and return right. Please return all returnable products at once. We charge a €10 processing fee for additional returns. In the case of foreign deliveries, the customer is responsible for the costs of the return herself.
Products to be returned must be unused, in salable condition and must be in their original packaging. That is, the products must not contain, for example, makeup stains or extra smells. The tags must be in place and the packaging must be intact.
The right of return does not apply to hygiene products, swimwear, socks, pantyhose, foodstuffs or gift cards.
The return must be sent within 14 days of receiving the delivery. We do not accept returns or used/damaged products sent after 14 days, and we will charge the customer any costs that may accrue from an incorrect return.
With the return, please attach the return form or shipping list that was delivered with the order, or some other document that shows the customer's and order's information. In Finland take the parcel to a Matkahuolto office and tell the cashier the return code 9525120. Outside Finland you send the return to KATOKO design Oy, Kanahaukantie 6 h 2, 28220, FINLAND at your own cost. Please keep the return receipt until your return has been processed. We will process your return as quickly as possible, but within 14 days of arrival at the latest.
Please note that not picking up the package is not an accepted way to return the order. We charge the customer a handling fee of €15 for uncollected shipments that are returned to us and also the possible shipping costs in case of foreign deliveries. These costs are deducted from the refund to be returned.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided by him is correct. The original shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order has been returned. Delivery costs are refunded only for standard delivery (from €3.90). We charge a processing fee of ten euros (€10) for repeated unjustified order cancellations. The processing fee is deducted from the refundable payment refund. We reserve the right to restrict or prevent the customer from doing business in our online store due to repeated abuses.
Problem situations
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to the address askaspalvelu@katoko.fi.
